Ultra Luxe is the showpiece of our Christmas collaboration with Kemeny’s, the family wine merchant on Bondi Road since 1960. It is built for the people who deserve the very best this year, and curated by our family in Bondi around one exceptional bottle.
At its heart is Ulithorne Singularis Grenache, chosen with Kemeny’s: a red to linger over long after the Christmas plates are cleared. Around it is everything for a generous grazing table. A wooden serving board and gold cheese knife are joined by Shale Point artisan crackers and Macadamias Australia lemon myrtle macadamias. For the final course, there are Paul’s chocolate truffles, Paul’s mints and a festive treat from Bramble & Hedge. It is all presented in a woven basket and finished with a festive ribbon.
